HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

We hope you love your Myer Street Fashion purchase, however if you find that it isn’t suitable, we can offer you a refund. Please ensure that your return meets our requirements. We do not offer refunds or exchange on sale or clearance items (T&C'S APPLY) or postage.
Unfortunately, we are unable to hold stock due to high demand. This is why it’s so important to get your exchange to us so we can have it processed ASAP. If the stock is no longer available, you will automatically be issued a refund.
Alternatively, you can place and pay for an order for the replacement item and when the original item is returned a refund can be processed.
Please use the tracking number provided when you lodged your parcel to locate it. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website. We do our best to have your returns processed ASAP however they can take up to 5 business days. We are SO sorry! We do our very best to quality control all garments when they are unpacked and dispatched but, on some occasions, they can be missed. Please email photos of the fault as well as your order number and full name to fashion@myerstreet.com.au.
Once we receive your faulty item it will be assessed by our warehouse staff as well as the manufacturer. We will be in contact with a resolution for you ASAP.
If your item is determined faulty, we can provide a replacement depending on stock availability, or an exchange/refund will be offered.
